APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND SURFACE PREPARATION

We implement safe access measures using ladders, roof ladders, or mobile platforms in line with safety regulations. The roof surface undergoes professional pressure cleaning followed by biocidal treatment to remove organic growth. Where isolated tile damage exists, we carry out localised replacements. We then apply two spray coats of a specified silicone system, followed by final detailing and structured quality checks.

ERS Scotland provides a workmanship guarantee of up to five years on completed installations. With appropriate ongoing property maintenance, silicone coatings typically deliver an expected service duration of ten to fifteen years, depending on environmental exposure and roof pitch. Construction services and garage conversions are carried out with the same structured approach, ensuring regulatory compliance and controlled project management. Pricing is issued in accordance with the agreed quotation. Access equipment is selected based on project requirements, with scaffolding arranged separately through independent contractors when necessary to ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
